Core Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for the sales and retail operations of the assigned store

  • Inventory Management
  • P&L management
  • Corporate Sales
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Customer Service
  • Sales target achievement

WORK ACTIVITIES (Routine activities that need to be carried out by the Job holder to accomplish his/her AOR’s):

  • Ensure execution of sales targets as per plan
  • Maintain efficient operations and effective product merchandising
  • Responsible for upkeep of stores
  • Monitor security systems
  • Ensure exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

Any Graduate or MBA, Fashion Management desirable

Competencies (Technical, Operational, Managerial, Human & Cultural Requirements):

Good Communication, Team Player, Retail Experience, Good understanding about luxury & fashion
