Core Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for the sales and retail operations of the assigned store
Areas of Responsibility (AOR):
- Store Management
- Team Management
- Inventory Management
- P&L management
- Corporate Sales
- Visual Merchandising
- Customer Service
- Sales target achievement
WORK ACTIVITIES (Routine activities that need to be carried out by the Job holder to accomplish his/her AOR’s):
- Ensure execution of sales targets as per plan
- Maintain efficient operations and effective product merchandising
- Responsible for upkeep of stores
- Monitor security systems
- Ensure exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
Any Graduate or MBA, Fashion Management desirable
Competencies (Technical, Operational, Managerial, Human & Cultural Requirements):
Good Communication, Team Player, Retail Experience, Good understanding about luxury & fashion
